On-going Support is vital during this time of isolation

Especially because our boys are already at risk of disconnecting, staying in touch with the Mentors, men they have found they can trust, is a key support during this time.

We have shifted our weekly, school-based group mentoring to virtual groups online.

Boys still have a safe place where they check in with the men and peers they’ve learned to trust.

Our committed Mentors show up each week to listen and support the boys, encouraging them to engage with family in new ways, and to find options other than hours of screen time.  We continue to show up for them in anticipation of the time we can all get together again safely, either at school or in other activities.
